PLEASE BE SPECIFIC - Let us know about your event. If renting a tent, where is the tent being set up? Are there underground hazards? Is the tent going on grass or cement? Are there stairs or anything else we should be aware of when delivering and setting up?

Delivery and Setup information

We typically do weekend event setups on Thursdays & Fridays. We attempt to accommodate special circumstances as best we can, please let us know if there would be any issues with either of those days or any information that would help us plan ahead!
